The Strategic Sourcing Manager for the Anchors (ANF) and Fastening (FAS) SBUs within Global Supply Management (GSM) is focused on the effective and efficient procurement of Power Tools such as Compressors and Fasteners like Anchors, Screws, Staples, Brads, Nails etc. in support of Stanley, Black & Decker’s 22/22 vision. In addition, this role will work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to develop resilient supply chains in North America. This role is responsible for defining, leading and monitoring holistic supplier strategies, developing category and procurement expertise and talent, and driving best practices across the business units and supply management. Given the global nature of category initiatives, the LCM: PTG Anchors & Fastening interacts with suppliers and colleagues across geographies and work cultures.
