The Strategic Sourcing Manager for Black & Decker Beyond within Global Supply Management (GSM) is focused on the effective and efficient procurement of Consumer and Tradesman Power Tools including Drilling, Grinding and Cutting tools, etc. across business units and regions in support of Stanley, Black & Decker’s 22/22 vision. In addition this role will lead the B+D Accelerator Expansion Category Strategy into new business opportunities to grow e:commerce. This role is responsible for defining, leading and monitoring holistic supplier strategies, developing category and procurement expertise and talent, and driving best practices across the business units and supply management. Given the global nature of category initiatives, the LCM: PTG Power Tools interacts with suppliers and colleagues arcoss geographies and work cultures.
