Do you have 5+ year(s) of experience in a manufacturing laboratory environment? If you tend to be the resident expert on all things you know, this is the position for you! What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for identifying and tracking projects to improve manufacturing operations as well as providing technical support to Production Managers for formulation, equipment qualification, root cause analysis/troubleshooting and production planning/scheduling. You will also assist in technical content creation for the department's training and certification program. What You’ll Need: You will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and supervising a line or process. You will use your proficiency in data and statistical analysis to understand what is driving results and your project management skills to make the necessary changes to improve performance. Having a working knowledge of Lean management systems and Lean Six Sigma problem solving skills is a plus. PMP certification also a plus.
