The Shipping and Inventory Associate will work with a team of employees responsible for collecting orders from customers, preparing delivery of products to customers and receiving deliveries from within the Plant and managing finished goods inventory in the vault. This position reports to the Customer Fulfillment Manager. Responsibilities • Selecting items and sorting packages inside the vault at our Plant • Scheduling Transportation Routes based on the needs of the business in partnership with the Protection Team • Conducting inventory counts • Managing & Maintaining inventory in a neat and orderly manner • Managing Kanban inventory levels and reports to instruct management on what products are needed • Investigating any inventory discrepancies identified through normal processes or inventory report • Generating transfer manifests • Operating material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) in a safe and effective manner • Coordinating inventory transactions between Curio facilities. • Generating delivery manifests to include departure times, delivery routes and contents of deliveries • Reporting on status of Inventory levels of critical and non-critical items • Using the company ERP system effectively to accurately reflect inventory • Using the state mandated seed-to-sale system to accurately reflect inventory • Point person for Director of Sales regarding inventory or delivery issues • Strict attention to detail and compliance with rigorous state regulations is a must
