MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an experienced Technical Equipment Manager to lead the Coty Hunt Valley Technical Maintenance Team. This role will help be responsible for PM and continuous improvement in best manufacturing practices to drive down costs through equipment efficiencies and limited downtime. 1. Lead the Coty Hunt Valley Technical Organization through its daily and strategic maintenance activities and result areas including Safety, Quality, OEE, etc. 2. Overall PM ownership ensuring accuracy, optimization, and completion. 3. Responsible for the production maintenance budget 4. Lead major and minor projects utilizing your team; initiative delivery, large scale maintenance project, etc. 5. Lead, manage, and develop all production maintenance team members in the Hunt Valley Plant to form a sustainable succession plan while reducing equipment maintenance costs while developing skill proficiencies. 6. Ensure PM system DMS is accomplished through capability building plans. THE COTY IDEAL FIT 1. 10+ years of experience in FMCG company (food, beauty, etc.) a. Ideally experience in processing and packaging equipment 2. Formal College Qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline 3. Experience in managing technical people and providing coaching/development. 4. Proven track record of delivering production improvements a. Proven track record of reducing breakdown and failures b. Experience in SAP/similar Preventative Maintenance system 5. Strong problem solving skills 6. Strong Leadership qualities – able to lead and direct a team.
