The Creative Technology Manager is responsible for interpreting and becoming the steward of business objectives, determining solutions, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management and driving positive results. You will work closely with project stakeholders to document the following: business and functional requirements for project deliverables, design-specification documents, contract models, diagrams of business process models, test plans, test cases, test scripts, acceptance criteria, and support documentation. You also have: -Proven track record of managing cross platform creative and content production projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members -Strong knowledge of all phases of creative development and content production practices -Experience with DAM, PIM and workflow platforms, metadata modeling and workflow automation -Working understanding of business process and system process within one or more knowledge areas -Familiarity with Apple hardware and OSX as well as with remote admin management tools -Experience working on content creation and localization tools such as Adobe CC, Chili Publish and transcreation solutions -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment a must -Excellent presentation, communications skills, solid organizational skills, strong leadership capability, visual skills, ability to prioritize -Minimum of 7 years of systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems -Ability to work independently and to self-direct one's activities is essential -Over 5 years of experience of digital leadership experience in a multinational global company -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Sciences or related fields -IIBA and/or PMI-PBA certification is a plus --What You’ll Do-- As a Creative Technology Manager- Studio, you’ll be part of our Marketing Technologies team Specifically, you’ll: -Manages partnership with internal and external technical and non-technical teams -Defines the strategic direction of the cross-functional team by identifying clear and measurable business requirements and execution standards -Develops and reviews Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) -Develops business and functional requirements for project deliverables, design-specification documents, contract models, diagrams of business process models, test plans, test cases, test scripts, acceptance criteria, and support documentation -Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive requirement documents by decomposing high-level information into general understanding terms and details -Utilizes modeling approach to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representation -Ensure that projects and prototypes are completed as planned and with the highest standards -Engages closely and collaboratively with designers and production artists to shape technology roadmaps and execution schedules -Understands how policies, systems and processes impacts requests, projects, cross-functional operations -Shares business knowledge and understanding among team members and stakeholders
