The Global Tools & Storage (GTS) division of Stanley Black & Decker is currently hiring a full-time Brand Strategist to join the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team. This role will support the strategic and creative marketing solutions that help connect the Mac Tools brand to target audiences and drive brand consideration, purchase, and advocacy with focuses on business-to-business (B2B) and end-user marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement. Specifically, you will work with cross-functional teams and external resources to drive day-to-day marketing activities – including, but not limited to, launching new products and its related marketing, development of new content, developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and measuring results from strategies and tactics. This means you will be a strong project manager and adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with other departments and teams. The primary responsibility of this Brand Strategist is working directly with the Mac Tools business teams based in Columbus, Ohio, to prioritize and execute work related to product launches, large events, monthly product flyers, and franchise recruitment. You will coordinate with stakeholders, drive decisions, and ensure marketing projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
