The individual that takes this role will direct the activities within the Cell and Battery Test Labs. This position includes maintaining staffing / coverage to support 24/7 coverage. This supervisor will oversee employee timesheets and manage schedules. This role also requires hands on testing support, with an expectation that 50 - 75% of the day will be spent on the shop floor supporting and overseeing work being performed in their area. We are looking for an individual that has a degree (Associate or trade school) in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience). We would like someone who has already accrued five to seven years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. The ability to utilize mechanical and electrical drawings to fit customer specifications, and understand product design and testing requirements are essential.
